About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technology Manager to lead and oversee our technology initiatives. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional with strong expertise in Cloud Technologies (AWS), PHP, Python, AI, and Testing Frameworks. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate excellent team management and communication skills to drive projects successfully from conception to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of developers, testers, and engineers across multiple technology stacks.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of applications built on AWS Cloud, PHP, Python, and AI-based solutions.
• Establish and enforce best practices for software development, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure high-quality delivery of technology projects within defined timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Drive innovation by exploring emerging technologies and integrating them where appropriate.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.

Key Requirements

• Must be residing along the Western Line of Mumbai for ease of commute.
