Job summary

ElectricPe is looking for a Service Bay Manager for our K G Koppal Mobility Center in Mysuru, India. You will oversee the service operations, ensuring 24-hour service SLA for all scooters coming in. Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, maintaining service records, and training junior technicians.

The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in two-wheeler service, preferably in electric vehicles. Strong communication skills in Kannada and English are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in two-wheeler service experience.
• Hands-on experience with CAN bus diagnostics is a strong plus.

• Diagnose and resolve mechanical + electrical issues on ElectricPe scooters.
• Maintain service records and SLA metrics daily.
• Manage parts inventory for the store.

Job description

You’ll run the service bay at our K G Koppal Mobility Center. You’ll own the 24-hour service SLA for every scooter that comes in, from diagnostics to parts to handover.

• Diagnose and resolve mechanical + electrical issues on the full ElectricPe lineup
• Maintain service records and SLA metrics daily
• Train junior technicians (2‑3 per store)
• Manage parts inventory for the store
• Escalate warranty issues to HQ with proper documentation

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years in two‑wheeler service (EV or petrol)
• ITI or Diploma in Automobile/Electrical/Mechanical
• Fluent in Kannada and English
• Hands‑on experience with CAN bus diagnostics a strong plus
