Job summary

2COMS Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in India seeks an Automobile Technician for its operations. The role requires male candidates with at least 6 months of experience in the automobile service sector. Salary is ₹19,000 to ₹23,000 CTC per month, including PF and ESIC plus incentives.

You will handle customer interactions, diagnostics, and repair work for scooters, while maintaining system records and inventory compliance in a fast-paced service center.

Qualifications

• Min qualification: 12th pass/diploma/ITI/graduation/post graduation.
• Min experience: 6 months in automobile service sector.

Responsibilities

• Handle customers with politeness and professional communication.
• Verify service requests and capture VOC in the system.
• Conduct telephonic and face-to-face discussions.
• Provide updates on repair status to customers.
• Analyze and diagnose scooter to determine repairs.
• Update diagnosis report in Getafix WMS.
• Perform repairs and final inspection per customer voice.
• Track customer complaints in Zendesk and update live status.
• Operate Getafix WMS and ensure 100% adherence.
• Update status and ETA in CRM and WMS promptly.
• Check scooter health in Telematics Command Centre for deep diagnosis.
• Knowledgeable about OLA Scooter; repair/replace parts as needed.
• Stay updated on OLA technical curriculum and EV bulletins.
• Adhere to processes at Experience Centre; bays clearly marked.
• Invoicing and payment collection.
• Keep bays free from foreign materials and serviceable.
• Audit inventory; ensure system and physical counts match.
• Perform GRN and maintain Experience Centre inventory.
• Manage warranty part reverse logistics to the Mother workshop.
• Wear uniform and protective gear while repairing.
• Use PPE and handle tools properly.
• Ensure fire safety equipment is in place.

Role: Automobile Technician

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Customer Handling

• Receiving customer with smile and greet himwith Politeness, courteousness and professionalism
• Verify the service requests made bycustomers & Capture VOC of the customer and update in the system
• Conversational skill for telephonic as wellas face to face discussion
• Customer communications about repairupdates

2. Diagnosis

• Analyse and Diagnose the Scooter toidentify number and type of repairs applicable
• Update the diagnosis report in the WMS(Getafix)
• Perform repairs & final inspection onthe vehicle if the desired repairs as per the customer Voice is performed

3. System Handling

• Track the Customer complaint in Zendesk andupdate the system on live basis
• Operate Workshop Management System(Getafix) and ensure 100 % adherence
• Update operational Status and ETA on timelybasis in both CRM and WMS systems
• Check for scooter health in TelematicsCommand centre for deep diagnosis

4. Technical Repairs

• Service Champion should be fully equippedwith knowledge on OLA Scooter
• Could able to repair/replace all the partsof the scooter
• Ensure he/she is updated on OLA technicalcurricular, news bulletin on EV

5. Process and Operational

• Process adherence at Experience Centre andalso ensure bays are clearly marked for Vehicle/Scooters.
• Invoicing and Payment Collections
• Ensure bays are free from any foreignmaterials and fit for serviceability

6. Parts Operation

• Auditing the inventory and ensure systemand physical inventory is same
• Perform GRN and maintain Inventory atExperience Centre
• Ensuring Warranty part reverse logistics tothe Mother workshop

7. Safety and Compliance

• Wear Uniform and Protective Gear whilerepairing scooter
• Use Protective Gear and proper handling ofTool Kits while repairing scooter
• Ensure fire fighting equipments are inplace to ensure fire handling

Requirements

• Only male candidate.
• Min qualification: 12th pass/diploma/ITI/graduation/post graduation.
• Min experience: min 6 months experience in an automobile industry in service sector.

Benefits

Salary: ₹19000-23000 CTC per month including PF+ ESIC +Incentive
