Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a facilities maintenance leader in India to oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of MEP, HVAC, DG sets, fire systems, lifts, and related assets. You will monitor operations, coordinate with vendors, manage budgets and MIS, and ensure statutory safety compliance.

You will lead a skilled team of technicians, drive energy-saving initiatives, and support CAPEX projects, audits, and certifications to keep critical systems reliable.

• Strong knowledge of technical systems and safety standards.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance management software (CMMS).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and vendor management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance of all technical assets (MEP, HVAC, DG sets, fire systems, lifts, etc.).
