Accel It Services in Mandideep, near Bhopal, is seeking an experienced Technical Support L2 Engineer to handle on-site desktop, laptop, hardware and software issues. You will troubleshoot Windows OS, network and peripherals, manage incidents and coordinate with L1/L3 teams.

Role requires 4+ years in L2/Desktop support, strong networking knowledge and excellent communication. Immediate joiner or short notice period preferred; local candidates to Mandideep, Bhopal are encouraged to apply.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in L2/Desktop/Technical Support.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in desktop, laptop, Windows OS and IT peripherals.
• Good knowledge of networking fundamentals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.
