London Stock Exchange Group is seeking a RQA Senior Specialist to troubleshoot technical challenges around Quantitative products and databases on Windows and Linux servers. You will work across Product, Support, QA and Sales teams and manage client inquiries and incidents.
The role requires 5 years of SQL and cloud experience, strong communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with potential 24/7 shifts.
RQA Senior Specialist is responsible to troubleshoot technical challenges involving Quantitative products and databases installed on Windows and Linux based servers to level 3 incidents, participate as an active member in all support duties including but not limited to monitoring of client support calls, emails and internal monitoring tools. Capable to manage mini projects and product driven activities, to be able to work with Product, Support, QA and Sales team and represent Technical Specialist Team.
