Job summary

Synechron is hiring for an L3/L2 Production Support Analyst – Banking & Capital Markets in Pune. The role requires 7+ years of experience in production support for capital markets platforms.

You will act as escalation point, perform deep-dive troubleshooting across apps, middleware, databases, and infrastructure, and ensure 24x7 production stability. Responsibilities include release/change coordination, data fixes in production, automation of health checks, and ensuring regulatory/compliance

Qualifications

• Provide advanced technical and functional support for mission-critical trading, risk, payments, treasury, and capital markets applications.
• Operate within a 24x7 support model; ensure rapid incident resolution and root cause analysis.
• Perform deep-dive troubleshooting across application, middleware, database, and infrastructure layers.
• Own post-incident RCA documentation and preventive action.
• Support front-office, middle-office, and back-office systems.
• Provide data fixes in production under governance and change control.
• Release, Change Management: review impact analysis for production changes.
• Automation & Stability Engineering: develop health-check scripts and fixes.
• Regulatory & Compliance Awareness: ensure audit and compliance readiness.

Responsibilities

• Act as Level 2/3 escalation point for high-severity incidents.
• Lead triage calls and drive resolution within SLA.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive actions.
• Provide data fixes in production under governance.
• Support weekend releases and major changes.
• Develop automation scripts for health checks and recurring issues.
• Improve monitoring coverage and alerting.
• Drive shift-left initiatives to reduce ticket volume.
