Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and 7+ years of PM experience.
• Experience managing full lifecycle of complex tech projects from requirements to deployment.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum/Kanban and DevOps practices.
• Experience with distributed systems and modern cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Familiarity with multiple programming languages, databases, and system integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of complex software initiatives to ensure on-time delivery.

Senior Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving complex technical projects from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. Your deep technical acumen, coupled with an insatiable curiosity, will enable you to navigate challenging technical landscapes and foster innovation. In this role, you will lead cross-functional initiatives, bridging the gap between engineering, product, and business teams. You will be responsible for defining project scope, managing timelines, identifying and mitigating risks, and communicating progress to stakeholders at all levels. This role requires a blend of strong technical understanding, exceptional leadership, and a proactive, inquisitive mindset to continuously seek out improvements and solve intricate problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and manage end-to-end project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation for large-scale technical projects.
• Drive the execution of complex software development initiatives, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate closely with data and BI engineering teams, providing technical guidance and removing impediments.
• Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies clearly and effectively to all stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Implement and optimize project management best practices, processes, and tools.
• Anticipate technical challenges and proactively develop solutions, demonstrating a keen interest in understanding underlying systems and architectures.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, challenging existing norms and encouraging innovative approaches.
• Lead, support & orchestrate scrum ceremonies and work backlog for various initiatives with clear priorities for multiple teams.

Qualifications:

• Data Engineering Background preferred: Bachelor’s or 7+ years of experience in technical project management within a software development or data engineering environment.
• Proven experience in managing the full lifecycle of complex technical projects, from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps practices.
• Experience with distributed systems, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and modern software architectures.
• Familiarity with various programming languages, databases, and system integration patterns.
