Siemens Pune is seeking a Technical Project Manager (C/C++ / Systems Software) to lead complex software initiatives in a global, Agile environment. You will blend hands-on technical leadership with delivery governance to ensure high‑quality, scalable solutions.

You will mentor engineering teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive end‑to‑end delivery across multiple projects, balancing technical excellence with on‑time results.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software development and technical project management.
• Strong technical expertise in C / C++ or system‑level software development.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end delivery of complex software projects.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile/SAFe methodologies, and delivery governance.
• Strong technical leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, partner management, and leadership abilities.
• Understanding of AI-driven efficiencies across the SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on technical guidance in C/C++ software and platform development.
• Contribute to architecture discussions, design reviews, and technical decision‑making.
• Drive resolution of complex technical challenges and ensure high‑quality implementations.
• Ensure standards in code quality, performance, scalability, and security.
• Support integration, testing, and release activities.
• Own and drive end-to-end project delivery across multiple initiatives.
• Develop and lead project plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Supervise progress and ensure on‑time, high‑quality delivery.
• Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks.
• Ensure alignment with business priorities and organizational goals.
• Lead, mentor, and support engineering teams and contributors.
• Balance delivery commitments with technical perfection and team capacity.
• Enable skill development, mentor, and performance growth.
• Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Act as a key interface between internal and external partners.
• Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes clearly and regularly.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, QA, DevOps, and leadership teams.
• Present project and technical updates to senior management.

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager (C/C++ / Systems Software) to join our engineering organization and drive the delivery of high‑impact, system‑level software solutions.
In this role, you will combine strong technical expertise with project leadership to deliver complex software/platform initiatives. You will work closely with engineering, product, and multi-functional partners in a global Agile setup to ensure high‑quality, scalable, and reliable outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

Technical Leadership:

• Experience in scalable system design and architecture governance
