Job summary

Catalyst Brands India is seeking a Java POS Application Developer with 3-5 years of experience to develop, enhance, and support Java-based Retail POS applications in a fast-paced environment.

You will build backend services with Spring Boot and Node.js, implement core POS features, manage builds with Maven/Gradle, and ensure performance, reliability, and scalability while collaborating with store deployments.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience developing Java-based POS apps.
• Strong knowledge of Spring Boot and microservices.
• Experience with RESTful services and retail POS domain is a plus.

Java POS Application Developer (Experience: 3-5 Years)

Job Description

• Develop, enhance, and support Java based Retail POS applications
• Build backend services and REST APIs using Spring Boot and Node.js
• Implement core POS/payment features: transactions, pricing, tax, promotions, and receipts
• Manage builds and dependencies using Maven/Gradle
• Ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability of POS systems
• Collaborate with functional teams and support store deployments

Key Skills
