Axis My India Limited is seeking a Senior Technical Project/Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end People Empowerment Platform. You will drive Agile delivery, cloud-native architecture on GCP, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure scalable, secure, and AI-powered solutions.

• Optimize AI/ML workflows, data pipelines, and real-time analytics.
• Ensure secure, scalable, and high-availability architecture.
• Ensure seamless integration of tools like BigQuery, Vertex AI, Looker, and Jenkins.
• Drive observability, automation, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with system integrators, Google Cloud partners, and consultants.
• Conduct technical due diligence and negotiate SLAs and contracts.

• Enforce SSDLC, cloud security, and data privacy standards.
• Implement disaster recovery and failover strategies.

Job Description

The Senior TechnicalProject Delivery Manager will lead the end-to-end execution of the PeopleEmpowerment Platform (Super-App), ensuring timely delivery, technicalexcellence, and alignment with business goals. This role demands strong projectmanagement, cloud-native architecture expertise (GCP), and Agile deliveryleadership. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors,and partners to deliver a scalable, secure, and AI-powered platform.

Requirements

Project & Delivery Management

Education

• 8+ years intechnical project management and cloud-based delivery
• 5+ years of hands-ondevelopment experience
• Certificationspreferred: PMP, SAFe, GCP, ITIL
