Qualifications

• 4+ years in Product Management and technical product development.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for technical products and platforms
• Collaborate with software engineers, architects, designers, data teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and reliable solutions
• Gather and analyze customer requirements, business needs, market trends, and product feedback to identify new opportunities
• Translate business requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications
• Prioritize product features and initiatives based on customer impact, business value, technical feasibility, and strategic goals
• Lead the complete product lifecycle, from ideation and discovery through development, launch, measurement, and continuous improvement
• Work with engineering teams to understand system architecture, APIs, integrations, technical dependencies, and scalability requirements
• Drive effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Define and track key product metrics, analyze performance, and use data-driven insights to improve product outcomes
• Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks and proactively drive solutions to ensure timely product delivery
• Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to align product initiatives with overall business objectives
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential impact on product strategy

Required Skills And Qualifications

• 4-12 years of overall experience, including significant experience in Product Management and technical product development
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, software development lifecycle, system architecture, APIs, cloud-based applications, and scalable systems
• Proven experience managing and delivering technical products from concept to launch
• Strong ability to work closely with engineering teams and understand complex technical challenges
• Experience creating product roadmaps, PRDs, user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Ability to balance customer requirements, business priorities, and technical constraints

Good-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to Machine Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, or AI-powered products
• Understanding of model training, model evaluation, experimentation, and AI/ML product development workflows
• Experience working with data science, machine learning, or AI engineering teams
• Familiarity with AI model capabilities, limitations, performance metrics, and responsible AI considerations
