Engg is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager for a B2B health-tech and insurtech platform in Bengaluru. This full-time, on-site role leads engineering across product, platform, data, integrations, and AI initiatives, driving delivery excellence and a strong engineering culture.

You will mentor high-performing teams, own end-to-end delivery, shape architecture for scalable, cloud-native systems, and champion API-first practices while advancing Generative AI adoption and platform governance.

Product & Platform Ownership
