Job summary

Infosys BPM Limited in Pune is seeking a Senior Technical Process Executive to support L1 service desk activities and manage identity/access tasks across Windows and cloud services.

The role requires 1-3 years of work experience, a Graduate degree, and hands-on knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, MFA, O365, BitLocker, and ITSM tools. On-site work with a focus on security and user productivity.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 1-3 years of work experience in a service desk role.
• L1 service desk responsibilities and ticket handling.
• Knowledge of AD, Azure AD, and ITSM tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle L1 service desk tickets and user lifecycle tasks.
• Perform AD user creation, modification, and password resets.
• MFA resets and Azure portal group access management.
• O365 Exchange admin for shared mailbox, distribution lists, conference rooms, and user mailboxes.
• BitLocker recovery and endpoint security support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, Outlook, and Teams.
• Knowledge of AD & Azure AD; basic network concepts (VPN, TCP/IP, DNS).
• Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred).
