Job summary

Fujitsu in India is seeking a Senior Technical consultant with 8+ years of ServiceNow FSM development experience. The role focuses on FSM deployments, REST/SOAP integrations, and Service Catalog configurations, within a hybrid work setup spanning multiple Indian cities.

The candidate will design scalable FSM solutions, build workflows, and collaborate in Agile environments while maintaining strong communication across teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of ServiceNow development experience with FSM expertise.
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP integrations and Service Catalog.
• Experience designing scalable ServiceNow solutions in Agile environments.
• Strong communication skills and collaboration within cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow FSM solutions end-to-end.
• Integrate REST/SOAP APIs and configure ServiceNow modules.
• Develop workflows, forms, and platform customisations to fit business needs.
• Collaborate in Agile teams to deliver scalable, reliable solutions.
