Job summary

Fujitsu is seeking a Senior ServiceNow FSM Developer with 8+ years of experience to design and implement scalable FSM solutions. You will work on REST/SOAP integrations, Service Catalog, mobile app configuration, workflows and platform customization.

Role is permanent, hybrid, with 12PM–9PM IST shift, relocation supported, and focused on Agile delivery within a global digital transformation context.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP integrations and Service Catalog.
• Strong expertise in Field Service Management (FSM).
• Experience in designing scalable ServiceNow solutions in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow FSM solutions.
• Integrate external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Configure mobile apps, workflows and catalog items within ServiceNow.
