Job summary

Amadeus in Bengaluru seeks a Senior Technical Consultant Analyst to act as the primary customer-facing consultant for Revenue Management and Dynamic Pricing solutions. You will build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and guide solution adoption through industry best practices and business processes.

You will analyze large datasets, deliver actionable insights via reports and visualizations, collaborate with Data Science teams to explain model behavior, and mentor junior consultants

Qualifications

• 9-15 years of experience in the Airline industry (mandatory).
• Master's Degree (mandatory) in Business Management, Engineering, Operations Research, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong customer-facing consulting experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage difficult customer conversations and influence stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, reporting, data analysis, and visualization tools.
• Fluent in English.

• Exposure to Data Science-driven products/solutions and data interpretation.
• Fluent in English.
