About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Artist who can effectively bridge art and engineering to create highly optimized, visually stunning game experiences. You will work across shaders, tools, VFX, automation, and performance optimization to support and elevate the entire art pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, optimize, and implement shaders and materials
• Build rigging, animation, and workflow tools for production
• Develop high-quality VFX using Niagara
• Optimize lighting, rendering, and overall game performance
• Support artists with technical solutions, tools, and debugging
• Maintain high standards for PBR workflows and asset quality
• Assist with Unreal Engine level design, performance, and optimization
• Document processes and ensure efficient, scalable pipelines

Required Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience as a Technical Artist in gaming
• Expert-level proficiency in Unreal Engine
• Strong understanding of performance and optimization workflows
• Hands‑on experience with Niagara, shaders, and materials
• Ability to develop tools for rigging, animation, or pipeline automation
• Experience with lighting, rendering, and real‑time graphics workflows
• Strong problem‑solving, debugging, and scripting mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with automation tools and Blueprints
• Familiarity with performance profiling tools
• Understanding of advanced rendering techniques and real‑time pipelines
