Job summary

Coforge is seeking a loan operations professional to manage servicing transactions, ensure accuracy and compliance, and coordinate with agent banks for timely payment resolution. The role emphasizes ownership of daily deliverables and adherence to client SLAs across global teams.

The candidate will interact with internal stakeholders and international counterparts, contributing to process monitoring and reporting while maintaining high client satisfaction.

• Reviewed and analyzed loan notices received from agent banks, identifying lender details, facility information, effective dates, and activity types.


• Managed daily loan operations activities, including exception handling, break resolution, and past due management.


• Coordinated with agent banks and internal stakeholders to investigate and resolve payment-related issues.


• Monitored and cleared operational exceptions within defined timelines to ensure SLA adherence.


• Escalated potential risks and operational issues to management while ensuring timely resolution.


• Generated and maintained operational reports to support process monitoring and business requirements.
