📍 Hybrid in Gurugram (Gurgaon) – 3 days per week, onsite

We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to support our client, hiring across India.

It’s a broad role covering a mix of tech, with a focus on Telecomms, Networks.

This is a Hybrid role with some office time in Gurugram (3 days per week).

You’ll be a true partner to the business, sourcing top talent, optimizing processes, and delivering quality hires fast. Your work will be very visible as part of our delivery team for this Enterprise client.

What You’ll Do:

• Own end-to-end hiring across several key business areas – from sourcing and outreach to interviews, offers and closing.
• Manage the data as we hire, looking for more than just activity – helping managers make better decisions.
• Manage coordination tasks such as scheduling, candidate communication, and process tracking to ensure a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams.
• Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers.
• Source top talent through creative and strategic methods.
• Deliver a seamless, high-quality candidate experience.
• Drive continuous improvement in how we hire.

What You Bring:

• 3 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition in an enterprise-sized organization.
• Knowledge of the Telco and Networks marketplace and the motivation of candidates in that market.
• Proven ability to run searches end-to-end while also rolling up your sleeves on coordination tasks.
• Strong LinkedIn and sourcing skills; comfortable with direct outreach and talent mapping.
• Very technical role expertise highly appreciated – you can confidently approach and engage engineering, product, and data candidates.
• Excellent organization and communication skills; you’re structured and detail-oriented.

This is a contract for 6 months.
