Job summary

RNT Consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Hiring Specialist to lead senior management and CXO hiring for clients in the Food & Beverage, FMCG or Retail sectors. You will own end-to-end recruitment, develop sourcing strategies, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into hiring plans.

Candidates must demonstrate a proven track record in senior-level hiring, strong sourcing, networking, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple mandates independently.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Senior Management/CXO hiring is mandatory.
• Industry exposure in F&B, FMCG, Retail, or similar sectors preferred.
