Job summary

Roundglass is seeking an Associate, Talent Acquisition to own full-cycle recruiting for targeted job families. You will drive hiring with cost-effective sourcing, partner with hiring managers, and guide candidates through screening, interviews, and offers.

You will actively develop and maintain candidate pools, leverage recruiting tech and social media, and collaborate with business leaders to build proactive talent networks.

Qualifications

• 5–12 years of full cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for a diverse range of roles and functions.
• Strong track record building proactive candidate pipelines.
• Proficient with recruiting tools including social media and ATS.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality candidates by guiding hiring managers and candidates through the process.
• Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and recommendations for requisitions.
• Regularly review recruiting plans with managers to optimize outcomes.
• Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
• Implement cost-effective sourcing strategies and stay updated on recruiting trends.
• Partner with Wellbeing and BU leaders to build proactive talent networks.
• Drive improvements across the TA lifecycle to enhance key metrics.

About the role:

Associate, Talent Acquisition will own full cycle recruiting for targeted job families in the business. This role would drive the cause of hiring exceptional talent at the right time & cost by effectively leveraging a mix of talent-sourcing channels.

What you’ll do:

• Responsible for delivering high quality candidates, while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the selection process in an expedient manner
• Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and recommending qualified candidates for assigned requisitions
• Conduct regular follow-up meetings with managers and business leaders to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
• Actively develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future business needs
• Utilize creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies
• Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting/interviewing techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices
• Work with hiring managers to prepare and present job offers to candidates
• Work with the P&C Wellbeing Partner and BU/Function Lead(er)s to develop a strategy that builds proactive talent network
• Infuse technology and operational improvements throughout the talent acquisition lifecycle that improve key recruiting metrics and drive business results

Who we’re looking for:

• 5-12 years of full cycle recruiting experience.
• Demonstrated ability with and interest in recruiting for a diverse spectrum of positions
• Excellent track record of building proactive candidate sourcing strategies
• Experience working in an environment that embraces technology, including previous experience managing/implementing recruiting applications/social media and other recruiting tools
• Experience in salary negotiations with candidates
• Strong team player; the ability to work closely with the broader recruiting team members and hiring managers
• Must have a "solutions-focus", being able to sort through information and develop innovative solutions quickly
• Demonstrated ability to deliver a balance of quality as well as quantity of candidates and hires
• Effective sourcing skills, problem solving, cross group collaboration, and oral/written/persuasive communication skills are necessary.
