We’re seeking a seasoned, strategic Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to elevate our TA team—someone with proven expertise in scaling talent pipelines for non-IT, creative, and business-driven roles.

What We’re Looking For

If your recruitment background is predominantly or entirely in IT/technical roles (e.g., software engineers, QA, DevOps, etc.), this position is NOT the right fit. We respectfully request that you refrain from applying.

We’re building a diverse team across functions like performance marketing, SEO, content, copywriting, graphic design, video editing, client servicing, operations, and other digital-first roles. You’ll bring deep experience hiring for these nuanced, non-technical areas, with the vision to lead our TA team in the future based on performance. This is a high-impact, immediate-start opportunity to own full-cycle hiring while shaping scalable recruitment strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles across creative, marketing, operations, and client-facing functions.
• Proactively source and engage passive candidates using creative, non-generic methods (LinkedIn, niche platforms, communities, referrals, etc.).
• Build and nurture talent pipelines for roles such as performance marketers, SEO specialists, copywriters, designers, video editors, and other emerging positions in the digital marketing ecosystem.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to decode role requirements beyond the job description—and craft compelling candidate narratives.
• Deliver a human-first candidate experience with timely, transparent, and empathetic communication.
• Champion S8 Views as an employer of choice by authentically representing our culture, values, and mission.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, candidate satisfaction) to continuously refine your approach.
• Ensure hiring practices align with legal standards, diversity principles, and internal guidelines, while mentoring junior recruiters as needed.

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in talent acquisition or full-cycle recruiting, with a track record in non-IT roles (ideally marketing, creative, digital, or business functions).
• Demonstrated experience hiring for non-IT roles—ideally in marketing, creative, digital, or business functions. (Note: experience in these exact domains is advantageous but not mandatory.)
• Proven expertise in proactive sourcing and headhunting passive talent for hard-to-fill, nuanced positions.
• Proficiency with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and specialized platforms (e.g., Behance, Dribbble, content communities).
• Excellent communication, emotional intelligence, and stakeholder management skills.
• Agility and a growth mindset—someone who thrives in ambiguity and learns quickly. Startup experience is welcome but not essential.
• Must be available to join immediately or within 15 days.
• A degree in HR, Business, or a related field is preferred—but your strategic impact, approach, attitude, and leadership potential matter more.
