Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain desktops, laptops, workstations, and peripheral devices.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and software applications.
• Administer Windows and Linux servers.
• Handle VPN setup and remote connectivity support.
• Configure and maintain Citrix environments.
• Manage cloud infrastructure and server setup.
• Configure and maintain networking infrastructure including:
  • Managed switches
  • Routers
  • Wi‑Fi networks
  • Firewalls
  • VLANs
• Monitor network performance, uptime, and security.
• Implement and maintain antivirus and endpoint security solutions.
• Define and execute backup policies and disaster recovery procedures.
• Manage server backups, storage, and restore operations.
• Support Active Directory, user access control, and permissions.
• Perform software installations, upgrades, and patch management.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Coordinate with vendors, ISPs, and third-party service providers.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and infrastructure documentation.
• Ensure data security and compliance standards are followed.
