Responsibilities

• Provision, configure, and maintain enterprise infrastructure for high availability
• Troubleshoot L3 incidents in Windows Server, Citrix, Nutanix or AWS environments
• Monitor performance, capacity planning, and patch management; ensure security compliance
• Participate in disaster recovery, automation, and architecture optimization
• Adhere to ITIL Incident/Problem/Change processes in a 24/7 environment

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Infrastructure Administrator with over 10 years of hands-on experience to manage, maintain, and support core enterprise infrastructure systems. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in at least two of the following core technologies: Windows Server, Citrix, AWS, or Nutanix.

Key Responsibilities

• Provision, configure, and maintain enterprise infrastructure ensuring high availability and system stability.
• Troubleshoot complex Level 3 (L3) incidents across Windows Server environments, Citrix virtualization, Nutanix hyperconverged infrastructure, or AWS cloud services.
• Monitor system performance, capacity planning, security compliance, and patch management.
• Participate in disaster recovery operations, infrastructure automation, and architecture optimizations.
• Adhere to ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, and Change Management) in a 24/7 operational environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Total Experience: 10+ years in Enterprise IT Infrastructure Management.
• Technical Skills (Any 2 combinations are mandatory):
  • Windows Server: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, PowerShell scripting, Hyper-V, WSUS.
  • Citrix: XenApp, XenDesktop, Citrix ADC/NetScaler, StoreFront, Provisioning Services (PVS).
  • AWS: EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, Route 53, CloudFormation/Terraform.
  • Nutanix: Nutanix AHV, Prism Central/Element, AOS/CVM troubleshooting, storage management.
