Job summary

Kraft Heinz India Pvt Ltd is seeking a Senior Analyst - Supply chain Ops in Ahmedabad. The role focuses on production planning, finite scheduling with plant teams, and ensuring efficient inventory, service and cost objectives.

You will manage FG inventory, identify CFR risks, conduct RCAs, and drive cost optimization while collaborating with BU, Plant, Demand Planning and Logistics teams. Experience in CP G and ERP is valued.

Responsibilities

• Plan production and schedule with plant teams to meet inventory, service and cost objectives.
• Manage FG inventory, highlight CFR risks, perform RCAs, ensure CFR 98%+.
• Collaborate with BU, Plant, Demand Planning and Logistics to deliver results.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and optimize processes.
• Manage product listings and coordinate with Marketing to minimize write-offs.
• Escalate and resolve high-priority issues with ownership and speed.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for Production planning ,finite scheduling with plant team to ensure the efficient delivery of inventory, service and cost objectives
• Manage FG inventory, highlight risks of CFR cuts, come up with RCAs and ensure CFR of 98%+
• Highlight key issues that affect supply. Make Strong collaboration with BU, Plant team, Demand Planning and Logistics teams to effectively deliver results
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives improve processes, cost reduction ideas, supply chain cost optimization opportunities, or business process initiatives.
• Manage product listing/delisting/withdrawal in conjunction with Marketing and co-ordinate with stakeholders to have minimal write offs
• Acting swiftly on high priority issues (escalations from high priority customers) and supporting their resolution with ownership
