Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Ahmedabad seeks a Senior Analyst - Supply chain Ops to drive production planning, scheduling, and inventory optimization. You will partner with plant teams, demand planning, and logistics to deliver service and cost objectives while managing risks and driving improvements.

You'll work to ensure CFR targets, coordinate with Marketing on product listings, and respond quickly to high-priority escalations, imbibing Kraft Heinz values and consumer obsession.

Responsibilities

• Production planning and finite scheduling with plant team to ensure efficient delivery of inventory, service and cost objectives.
• Manage FG inventory, highlight CFR risks, perform RCAs and ensure CFR of 98%+.
• Collaborate with BU, Plant, Demand Planning and Logistics to deliver results.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and optimize processes.
• Coordinate product listing/delisting with Marketing and minimize write-offs.
• Respond swiftly to high-priority escalations and support resolutions with ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Production planning ,finite scheduling with plant team to ensure the efficient delivery of inventory, service and cost objectives

• Manage FG inventory, highlight risks of CFR cuts, come up with RCAs and ensure CFR of 98%+

• Highlight key issues that affect supply. Make Strong collaboration with BU, Plant team, Demand Planning and Logistics teams to effectively deliver results

• Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives improve processes, cost reduction ideas, supply chain cost optimization opportunities, or business process initiatives.

• Manage product listing/delisting/withdrawal in conjunction with Marketing and co-ordinate with stakeholders to have minimal write offs

• Acting swiftly on high priority issues (escalations from high priority customers) and supporting their resolution with ownership
