Job summary

Kraft Heinz Ahmedabad is seeking an Analyst II for Global GBS - Supply Planning. The role focuses on production planning, scheduling with plant teams, and ensuring optimal inventory, service and cost targets.

You will collaborate with BU, plant, demand planning and logistics to proactively address supply issues and drive improvements. The position emphasizes continuous improvement, ERP utilization, and strong stakeholder management to deliver reliable supply and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for production planning and finite scheduling with plant team to ensure efficient delivery of inventory, service and cost objectives.
• Manage FG inventory, highlight CFR risks, perform RCAs and ensure CFR of 98%+.
• Highlight issues affecting supply and collaborate with BU, plant, demand planning and logistics to deliver results.
• Contribute to process improvements, cost reduction ideas and supply chain optimization initiatives.
• Manage product listing/delisting/withdrawal with Marketing and coordinate with stakeholders to minimize write-offs.
• Act swiftly on high-priority escalations and drive their resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for Production planning ,finite scheduling with plant team to ensure the efficient delivery of inventory, service and cost objectives
• Manage FG inventory, highlight risks of CFR cuts, come up with RCAs and ensure CFR of 98%+
• Highlight key issues that affect supply. Make Strong collaboration with BU, Plant team, Demand Planning and Logistics teams to effectively deliver results
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives improve processes, cost reduction ideas, supply chain cost optimization opportunities, or business process initiatives.
• Manage product listing/delisting/withdrawal in conjunction with Marketing and co-ordinate with stakeholders to have minimal write offs
• Acting swiftly on high priority issues (escalations from high priority customers) and supporting their resolution with ownership
