Kraft Heinz in Ahmedabad is seeking an Analyst-II in Logistics to drive operations with excellence and align stakeholder priorities with floor teams. The role requires a continuous improvement mindset and strong customer centricity.

It spans Logistics Support, Warehouse Operations and Repack Operations. Candidates should have 5–7 years in logistics and solid SAP ECC/EWM knowledge, with ARIBA/OTM as a plus, and a bias for action.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in logistics operations (warehousing and invoicing).
• Strong SAP ECC & SP EWM knowledge; ARIBA and OTM are a plus.
• Hands-on, customer-centric with bias for action.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal English communication.
• Willingness to work on Saturdays at month-end with compensatory off later.

Responsibilities

• System Integration – handle interface between SAP and external WMS with SAP EWM experience.
• Inventory Reconciliation – perform stock counts, audits, and reconcile with system.
• Clearance/Donation/Orders – manage order processes and issue resolution with OM team.
• Stock Replenishment – handle warehouse transfers and special orders.
• Open Orders Management – manage open orders in SAP and close month-end issues.
• Process improvement – identify opportunities and drive efficiency with cross-functional teams.

Overview

The Analyst-II Logistics is responsible for driving Operations with excellence. The candidate needs to align the priorities of Business stakeholders to Floor teams. She/ He is expected to be working with a continuous improvement mindset and show exceptional customer centricity. The role will be in Logistics Support, Warehouse Operations and Repack Operations. The candidate is expected to be familiar with the key functions mentioned to better fit the role in addition to below,

KEY RESPOSIBILITES

• System Integration – Able to handle interface between SAP and external WMS systems with hands on experience in SAP EWM. Be able to solve queues between SAP and EWM system
• Inventory Reconciliation – Inventory Stock counts, annual stock check, Inventory audit, physical vs system stock reconciliation
• Clearance/Donation Orders – Clear understanding of order management, clearance orders handling, interaction with Order Management team, solve issues related to Order Management, Donation & FOC process
• Stock Replenishment - Warehouse to Warehouse Reallocations, Plant to Plant transfers, Sample Order Processing, Special Sales
• Open Orders Management – Complete understanding of Open Orders is SAP, causes for Open Customer Orders, mitigate risks associated during MEC, POD closures during Month End Close
• Process improvement - Identify opportunities and work with the cross functional teams to implement the best practices and improve overall efficiency

KEY INTERFACES

• Supply Chain Stakeholders across markets, Transporters, Shippers, Direct Order Customers
• Business Processes: Logistics Processes, Invoicing, Warehouse management processes, Control tower Operations, Carrier/ Shipper management, Documentation and compliances
• Within KHC, this role will work very closely with Operations functions across global zones, GBS, Global Logistics, Supply Planning and IT

Requirements

• 5-7 years’ Experience in Logistics Operations, especially in Warehousing and Invoice Operations with awareness of transactions in Logistics Operations
• Working Knowledge in SAP ECC & SP EWM is a must. ARIBA, OTM expertise, will be an added advantage
• Hands on work attitude and customer centric nature. Bias towards Action
• Excellent Interpersonal skills, Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must fluently speak English
• Be available to work on Saturday during end of every month with compensatory off on other day
