Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company in Ahmedabad is seeking a Senior Analyst to drive logistics operations with excellence, aligning business stakeholders and floor teams. The role covers Logistics Support, Warehouse Operations and Repack Operations, requiring SAP EWM, ARIBA and OTM expertise.

Strong customer centricity, problem solving and collaboration with cross-functional teams are essential to optimize inventory, open orders and end-to-end processes. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• 7-9 years of experience in Logistics Operations, especially warehousing and invoice operations.
• Working knowledge in SAP ECC, ARIBA and OTM is a must.
• SAP EWM expertise is a plus.

Responsibilities

• System Integration – interface between SAP and external WMS with SAP EWM; validate SAP/EWM interfaces and IDocs.
• Inventory Reconciliation – stock counts, annual stock check, audits.
• Blocked stock resolution – understand blocked inventory, RCA, coordinate with stakeholders.
• GR-IR Recon – validate and release GR balances to P&L with downstream systems.
• Month End close – validate GR postings and discrepancies with finance.
• Open Orders Management – understand Open Orders in SAP; mitigate risks at MEC, POD closures.
• Process improvement – identify opportunities with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency.

Overview

The Senior Analyst Logistics is responsible for driving Operations with excellence. The candidate needs to align the priorities of Business stakeholders to Floor teams. She/ He is expected to be working with a continuous improvement mindset and show exceptional customer centricity. The role will be in Logistics Support, Warehouse Operations and Repack Operations. The candidate is expected to be familiar with the key functions mentioned to better fit the role in addition to below,

KEY RESPOSIBILITES

• System Integration – Able to handle interface between SAP and external WMS systems with hands on experience in SAP EWM. Be able to solve queues between SAP and EWM system. Validate the OTM, ARIBA and SAP interfaces to solve IDocs
• Inventory Reconciliation – Inventory Stock counts, annual stock check, Inventory audit, physical vs system stock reconciliation
• Blocked stock resolution – Clear understanding of blocked inventory, RCAs and regular follow-up with stakeholders to clear blocked stock and release inventory storage. Must have prior knowledge of OTM and Ariba and how they integrate to SAP
• GR-IR Recon: Be able to validate and release the GR balances into P&L with the help of downstream systems
• Month End close: Closely work with the finance controllers to validate the GR postings for the current month and process discrepancies with diligence
• Open Orders Management – Complete understanding of Open Orders is SAP, causes for Open Customer Orders, mitigate risks associated during MEC, POD closures during Month End Close
• Process improvement - Identify opportunities and work with the cross functional teams to implement the best practices and improve overall efficiency

KEY INTERFACES

• Supply Chain Stakeholders across markets, Transporters, Shippers, Direct Order Customers
• Business Processes: Logistics Processes, Invoicing, Warehouse management processes, Control tower Operations, Carrier/ Shipper management, Documentation and compliances
• Within KHC, this role will work very closely with Operations functions across global zones, GBS, Global Logistics, Supply Planning and IT

Requirements

• 7-9 years’ Experience in Logistics Operations, especially in Warehousing and Invoice Operations with awareness of transactions in Logistics Operations
• Working Knowledge in SAP ECC, ARIBA and OTM is a must. SAP EWM expertise will be an added advantage
• Hands on work attitude and customer centric nature. Bias towards Action
• Excellent Interpersonal skills, Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must fluently speak English
