Job summary

Kushals Fashion Jewellery in Puducherry seeks a customer-focused retail executive to assist shoppers, recommend jewellery pieces, and help meet store sales targets.

You will maintain stock, support online orders, merchandising, and ensure the store is clean and presentable while following SOPs and cash handling procedures. Flexibility with shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Min HSC or graduate with 2 years retail experience.
• Must be between 20 and 35 years of age.
• Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office.
• Proven record of exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in customer service and relationship building.
• Experience mentoring team members.
• Experience handling cash and inventory.
• Proficient in POS systems and retail tech.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising principles.
