Job summary

Kushals Fashion Jewellery is seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Executive for our store in Andhra Pradesh. You will understand customer needs, recommend jewellery, demonstrate product knowledge, and help achieve store targets while delivering excellent service.

Requirements include 2 years in retail (HSC or graduate), age 20–35, basic MS Office and POS skills, cash handling, inventory, and a flair for visual merchandising.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail experience or graduates with 2 years in retail.
• Age between 20 and 35 years.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in cash handling and inventory management.
• Proficiency in POS systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewelry pieces.
• Handle customer queries effectively and elevate complex issues.

• Stay updated on new collections and promotions.
• Adapt to shift timings, store requirements, and transfers within the cluster.
• Maintain punctuality and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
• Support store operations such as deliveries, online orders, packaging, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
• Ensure the store is clean, presentable, and visually appealing.
• Follow SOPs, policies, and theft-prevention protocols.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations.
• Show sensitivity while addressing customer concerns and use good judgment in difficult situations.
