Job summary

Kushals is seeking a customer-focused retail professional in Kerala to join our jewelry team. You will assist customers, recommend pieces, and ensure delightful service while meeting sales targets.

Role requires 2 years of retail experience, strong product knowledge, and ability to manage cash and inventory. You will work within a store team and adapt to shifts and store transfers as needed.

Qualifications

• Min HSC / graduates with 2 years retail experience.
• Must be 20–35 years old.
• Basic computer skills and MS Office.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in customer service and building relationships.
• Experience in mentoring team members.
• Handling cash transactions and inventory management.
• Proficient in POS and retail technologies.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewelry pieces.
• Handle customer queries effectively and escape complex issues.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge, including features and benefits.
• Communicate product value and support store sales targets.
• Stay updated on new collections and promotions.
• Adapt to shift timings, store requirements, and transfers within the cluster.
• Maintain punctuality and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
• Support store operations such as deliveries, online orders, packaging, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
• Ensure the store is clean, presentable, and visually appealing.
• Follow SOPs, policies, and theft-prevention protocols.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations.
• Show sensitivity while addressing customer concerns and use good judgment in difficult situations.
