Job summary

VYOM AEC in Delhi is seeking a Sr. Structure Engineer to lead design and analysis of RCC, steel, and composite structures for diverse national and international projects.

The role requires 15+ years of experience, BE/BTech in Civil Engineering, and preference for ME/MTech in Structural Engineering. Strong leadership and client-facing abilities are essential, with duties spanning design reviews, mentoring, and BD support.

Responsibilities

• Lead the structural design and analysis of RCC, steel, and composite structures for national and international projects.
• Prepare and review structural calculations, design reports, drawings, and technical documentation.
• Ensure designs comply with Indian and international codes (IS, ACI, AISC, Eurocodes, etc.).
• Review and approve structural models developed using ETABS, STAAD Pro, SAFE, SAP2000, and other engineering software.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, BIM teams, geotechnical engineers, and clients throughout project execution.
• Conduct design reviews, value engineering, and optimize structural systems for safety and cost efficiency.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers and project teams.
• Attend client meetings, technical presentations, and site visits whenever required.
• Resolve complex engineering challenges and provide innovative structural solutions.
• Monitor project schedules, quality standards, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of seismic, wind, and foundation design.

• Familiarity with BIM workflows is an added advantage.
