Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Development experience on Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth and Zigbee technologies.
• Good understanding of BT, WLAN and ZigBee protocols.
• Sound basics in wireless communication systems and embedded system design/programming.
• Hands‑on experience of programming in Assembly language and C.
• Good debugging skills in C, using gdb, and analysing crashes using stack trace.
• Fair understanding of Wi‑Fi debugging tools such as Wireshark.
• Understanding of Bluetooth sniffer logs (advantage).
• Familiarity with IEEE 802.11 standards.
• Knowledge of Tcl/Python/SystemC (plus).< /li>
• Ability to work with a large, global, cross‑functional team.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Design, analysis, development & maintenance of WLAN‑BT‑ZigBee coexistence.
• Pre‑Si design verification of Coex interfaces using scripting languages (TCL/Python) and validation in simulation environment.
• Co‑ordination with WL MAC, PHY systems, firmware development, BT stack, BT firmware, and hardware design teams.
• Hands‑on silicon bring‑up.
• Debugging and solving cross‑layer customer issues – working across boundaries of WLAN MAC, BT sniffer analysis.
• Understanding and modifying switch control logics between WLAN and BT.
• Identifying issues and proposing design and methodology improvements while driving compliance of existing design flow.
• Mentoring and training other team members as necessary.
• Creating collateral for internal and external use as necessary.
