Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG is seeking a capacity planning professional to drive module resource planning across the value chain, from assembly to test, to support sustainable growth and revenue targets.

You will coordinate with Operations, Finance, Quality, Industrial Engineering and Development teams to optimize capacity, balance workloads, and ensure timely investment proposals are delivered to meet ramp-up timelines and demand.

Responsibilities

• Oversee module resource planning across value chain to support growth and revenue targets
• Manage module VRFC, TCR, LTCR, PlanPro activities and ensure timely completion
• Ensure module strategies are integrated into planning
• Lead production program capacity planning to meet weekly delivery commitments
• Prepare investment proposals to support capacity ramp-up and meet demand and revenue targets
• Collaborate with Operations, FIN, QM, IE, and DEV teams to ensure delivery stability and KPI achievement
• Apply analytical skills to identify and resolve capacity optimization and demand fulfillment issues

Job description

Responsibilities

• Accountable for overall module resource planning across the entire value chain (from Assembly to Test) to support sustainable and profitable module growth while achieving the company's revenue targets
• Accountable for module VRFC, TCR, LTCR, and PlanPro activities, ensuring timely completion to support mid- and long-term sustainable and profitable module growth.
• Also responsible for ensuring that module strategies are properly considered and incorporated into planning
• Accountable and responsible for module capacity planning (Production Program) to meet weekly delivery commitments, ensuring fulfillment of division demand and achievement of revenue targets
• Accountable and responsible for the preparation of investment proposals to support capacity ramp-up initiatives, ensuring committed ramp-up timelines are achieved to meet division demand fulfillment and revenue targets
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Finance (FIN), Quality Management (QM), Industrial Engineering (IE), and Development (DEV) teams to ensure delivery stability and commitment, effective capacity planning and balancing, and achievement of the company's KPIs
• Apply strong analytical skills to evaluate, identify, and resolve complex issues related to capacity optimization, resource optimization, and business demand fulfillment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Industrial Engineering. A qualification in Finance will be an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, solid semiconductor planning experience, and proven analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English with confident presentation skills, able to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
