Job summary

Infineon Technologies in India seeks a Specialist Ramp Up & Change Management in Supply Chain to drive new product introductions from development to market launch. You will coordinate with global teams, lead ramp-up activities, and ensure smooth execution across regions, technologies and fabrication sites.

The role requires a university degree in engineering, natural sciences or supply chain, plus 3–5 years in logistics or supply chain.

Qualifications

• University degree with focus on engineering, natural sciences or supply chain management.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, ideally in the semiconductor industry.
• Affinity for IT systems, databases and data analyses; basic programming to pull data is a plus.
• Strong communication across regions (EU, Asia and US) and cross-functional teams; English fluency; German a plus.

• Represent supply chain in new product development from project release through ramp up.
• Support project management in synchronization between Product, Technology and Package projects to meet timelines.
• Support master data setup according to project requirements.
• Plan, order and execute sample orders across multiple international sites.
• Lead and moderate ramp up teams to ensure timely execution of early ramps and apply appropriate tools.

Join our Supply Chain team as a Specialist Ramp Up & Change Management and play a key role in bringing new products from development to successful market launch. Collaborate with global teams, lead ramp-up activities, and ensure seamless execution across regions, technologies, and manufacturing sites.

Your role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Represent supply chain in new product development processes from the project release phase until successful ramp up completion
• Support project management in synchronization between Product, Technology and Package projects to meet the overall timeline
• Support master data set up according to project requirements
• Plan, order and execute sample orders across multiple international sites
• Lead and moderate ramp up teams in the proper project phase to assure timely execution of early ramps as requested by marketing/customers and act as expert in proving the right tools to meet ambitious ramp up goals (e.g. early risk production)

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• A university degree with focus on engineering, natural sciences or supply chain management
• 3-5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, ideally in the semiconductor industry Affinity for IT systems, data bases and data analyses with good visual presentation skills; preferred is the ability for basic data base programming or programming to pull data from different sources
• Good communication skills across technical, non-technical and management functions and also across 3 regions (EU, Asia and US)
• Excellent English skills with German skills or the willingness to learn it as a plus
