Your Role

As a Senior Specialist at StayVista, you will be responsible for managing day‑to‑day chef allocations, training service staff, and ensuring seamless execution of events. Additionally, you will oversee vendor onboarding, maintain event, vendor, and squad accounts, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

About You

• Candidate should have a background in Food & Beverage (F&B) Service Operations.
• Must possess a valid two‑wheeler or four‑wheeler and a driving license.
• Should be willing to travel extensively across multiple locations as required.
• Must be comfortable managing on‑ground operations and coordinating with various stakeholders.
• Strong communication and coordination skills will be an added advantage.
• Manage day‑to‑day chef allocation and deployment across events and operations.
• Train and guide service staff to ensure high‑quality guest experiences and service standards.
• Coordinate and execute events, ensuring smooth operations and successful delivery.
• Maintain and update event‑related records, vendor accounts, and squad accounts.
• Identify, onboard, and manage vendor partnerships to support operational requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
• This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs.
