Your Role

As an Executive at StayVista, your role focuses on closing food sales in the villas. The ideal candidate will ensure operational excellence, maintain high standards of food quality, and foster a collaborative kitchen environment.

About You

• Develop innovative and seasonal menus that meet customer preferences while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
• Oversee inventory levels and management of supplies to ensure the kitchen operates efficiently and minimises waste.
• Design and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and performance of kitchen staff.
• Conduct regular audits of kitchen operations to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as internal standards.
• 1-2 years of experience in the industry to join our dynamic team.
• Bachelor of Science in Hospitality to enhance our team's expertise and drive exceptional guest experiences.
• This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs.
