Randstad Nederland in India is seeking a client services professional to manage day-to-day client requests, monitor service delivery, and drive proactive talent pipelines while maintaining contract compliance and reporting. You will collaborate with recruiters, prepare performance reviews, and identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts.

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary contact for day-to-day client requests and ensure SLAs are met.
• Monitor service delivery, escalate issues, and coordinate resolution with delivery teams.
• Prepare regular client reports, KPIs, and review materials for performance discussions.
• Analyze client demand trends and work with recruiters to build proactive talent pipelines.
• Identify opportunities for additional services or upselling within existing accounts.
• Manage contract compliance and ensure accurate invoicing and reporting.
• Organize quarterly review meetings and capture agreed actions.
• Represent the client voice internally and champion service improvements.
