Randstad NV in Bengaluru is seeking a client account professional to manage day-to-day delivery for client accounts, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met. You will build client relationships and address escalations within scope.

You will prepare performance dashboards, service reports, and recommendations for improvements, partner with recruiters and delivery managers to align hiring pipelines with client needs, and contribute to ongoing service enhancements.

• Owns day-to-day delivery for client accounts, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are consistently achieved.
• Builds strong client relationships, holds regular check-ins, and addresses escalations within scope.
• Prepares performance dashboards, service reports, and recommendations for improvements.
• Partners with recruiters and delivery managers to ensure hiring pipelines meet client needs.
• Negotiates simple renewals and contract changes within delegated authority.
• Identifies opportunities to extend services and flags them to senior account managers.
• Maintains compliance with contracts, invoicing accuracy, and governance standards.
• Represents the client voice internally and champions service improvements.
