Job summary

Cloudxtreme is seeking a senior Identity and Infrastructure Architect to lead M365 governance, AD/Entra strategy, and modern workplace implementations. You will guide technical teams, architect end-to-end identity solutions, and present to senior stakeholders for approvals.

Responsibilities include roadmaps, migrations, and delivering AI-powered assistant solutions using Copilot Studio and Power Virtual Agents, with a focus on secure, scalable cloud identities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing Microsoft 365 environments with governance, security, and tenant configuration.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams with guidance, oversight, and mentoring.
• Strong experience building architecture and presenting to Architecture Review Board for approvals.
• Deep expertise in Active Directory and Entra and related identity technologies.
• Familiarity with identity federation (ADFS), SSO, MFA and cloud identity solutions.
• Experience leading AD-related projects, including migrations and integrations.
• Experience with privileged access management and identity governance.
• Knowledge of application authentication methods.
• Design and document end-to-end infrastructure architectures including AD standards.
• Experience with domain migrations and application migrations.
• Design and delivery of modern workplace programs like Zero Touch provisioning, Intune Autopilot, Windows 11 deployment.
• Experience designing technology roadmaps, current state assessments, and target state architectures.
• Strong stakeholder communication and executive level presentation skills.
• Experience driving product vision, roadmaps, and feature/technology adoption strategies.
• Experience architecting and delivering AI powered solutions including chatbot/virtual agents.
