Job summary

Empnéo ICT in Bengaluru, India seeks an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead scalable Salesforce solutions. You will define architecture across Salesforce and Agent force, design AI-driven workflows, and architect integrations using REST/SOAP, Platform Events, and middleware.

The role requires 8+ years in Salesforce with strong leadership, security, and data architecture expertise, enabling governance and high performance across enterprise deployments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce experience with architecture and design expertise.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Platform, Apex, LWC, Flow, security and data architecture.
• Experience with Data Cloud/Data 360 and Salesforce data architecture.
• Experience with enterprise integration patterns and middleware.

Responsibilities

• Define Salesforce and Agent force architecture aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Design Agent force Agents, Topics, Instructions, Actions, guardrails, and AI-driven workflows.
• Architect solutions using Apex, LWC, Flow, Data Cloud/Data 360, and Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Design enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, event-driven architecture, middleware, Named Credentials, and asynchronous processing.
• Define Salesforce data models, security, sharing, identity, access, and governance strategies.
• Establish scalable solutions considering governor limits, data volume, performance, and platform limitations.
• Provide technical leadership and architecture guidance to Salesforce developers and implementation teams.
• Review technical designs, code, integration, and deployment strategies.
• Define CI/CD, DevOps, environment, release, and deployment standards.
• Evaluate emerging Salesforce and Agentforce capabilities and recommend appropriate adoption strategies.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to translate requirements into robust solution architectures.
