Algo App Digital Pvt. Ltd. seeks a Solution Design & Architecture Lead to drive end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience Cloud, plus custom apps.

You will define architectural standards, integration patterns, and oversee delivery with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines. The role requires 8+ years Salesforce experience, architect/lead experience, and strong communication with executives.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Salesforce across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience Clouds.
• Strong Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce API skills.
• Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Informatica, Dell Boomi.
• Proven track record designing large-scale Salesforce solutions.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture principles.
• Knowledge of data modeling, security, and performance optimization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience mentoring cross-functional teams.
• CTA certification is highly desirable.
• Other Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform Developer II, Sales/Service Consultant).

Solution Design & Architectureo Lead the design of end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications.o Ensure architectural designs follow best practices, platform standards, and scalability principles.o Define integration patterns with external systems using APIs, middleware, or ETL tools. Stakeholder Collaborationo Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into functional and technical specifications, and design solution roadmaps.o Serve as a trusted advisor, providing thought leadership on Salesforce capabilities, industry trends, and emerging technologies. Governance & Standardso Establish and enforce coding, configuration, and deployment standards.o Conduct architecture and design reviews to ensure compliance with security, data governance, and performance best practices. Delivery Leadershipo Collaborate with developers, admins, and functional consultants to oversee implementation.o Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project teams.o Support release management, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years of Salesforce experience, including at least 3 years in an architect or lead role.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments and DevOps practices.

Must Have

• o Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience Clouds) and Force.com development.
• o Strong understanding of Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
• o Experience with integration platforms (MuleSoft, Informatica, Dell Boomi, etc.).
• o Proven track record in designing large-scale, complex Salesforce solutions.
• o Familiarity with enterprise architecture principles and frameworks.
• o Knowledge of data modeling, security architecture, and performance optimization.
• o Strong ability to engage with executives, business users, and technical teams.
• o Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• o Experience mentoring and leading cross-functional teams.
• o Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (highly desirable).
