Job summary

DBiz.ai is seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions in India. You will define enterprise architecture across Salesforce and Agent force, guiding integrations, security, data governance, and performance.

You will mentor implementation teams, review designs and deployments, and shape CI/CD, DevOps, and release standards. Strong communication with stakeholders and 8+ years of Salesforce experience are required for this leadership

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce experience with architecture and solution design.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Platform, Apex, LWC, Flow, integrations, security, and data architecture.
• Deep understanding of Data Cloud/Data 360 and Salesforce data architecture.
• Experience with enterprise integration patterns and middleware.
• Knowledge of Salesforce scalability, performance, governor limits, and Large Data Volume architecture.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define Salesforce and Agent force architecture aligned with requirements.
• Design Agent force Agents, Topics, Instructions, Actions, guardrails, and AI-driven workflows.
• Architect solutions using Apex, LWC, Flow, Data Cloud/Data 360, and platform capabilities.
• Design enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, middleware, and Named Credentials.
• Define Salesforce data models, security, sharing, identity, access, and governance strategies.
• Establish scalable solutions considering governor limits, data volume, performance, and platform limits.
• Provide technical leadership and architecture guidance to Salesforce developers and implementation teams.
• Review designs, code, integrations, and deployment strategies.
• Define CI/CD, DevOps, environment, release, and deployment standards.
• Evaluate emerging Salesforce capabilities and adoption strategies.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust architectures.

• Design Agent force Agents, Topics, Instructions, Actions, guardrails, and AI-driven workflows.
• Architect solutions using Apex, LWC, Flow, Data Cloud/Data 360, and Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Design enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, event-driven architecture, middleware, Named Credentials, and asynchronous processing.
• Define Salesforce data models, security, sharing, identity, access, and governance strategies.
• Establish scalable solutions considering governor limits, data volume, performance, and platform limitations.
• Provide technical leadership and architecture guidance to Salesforce developers and implementation teams.
• Review technical designs, code, integrations, and deployment strategies.
• Define CI/CD, DevOps, environment, release, and deployment standards.
• Evaluate emerging Salesforce and Agentforce capabilities and recommend appropriate adoption strategies.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to translate requirements into robust solution architectures.

Required Skills
