Job summary

enGen Global is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Architect to design, architect, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions across Clouds including AI-powered options. The role demands hands-on leadership with Apex, LWC, and integration design, plus mentoring teams and stakeholder collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in Salesforce, 3+ in lead architect roles, and certifications spanning Admin, App Builder, Platform Developer I, Architect tracks and CTA.

Qualifications

• 8+ years Salesforce experience with at least 3+ years in a Technical Architect or Lead Architect role.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs, Integration Patterns, Security, and Data Architecture.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations and complex integrations.
• Experience building POCs and solving complex business and technical challenges.
• Experience with Salesforce AI offerings such as Agentforce, Einstein AI, Data Cloud, Prompt Builder, and Generative AI solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical architecture for Salesforce solutions across multiple Clouds.
• Analyze complex business requirements and translate into scalable technical solutions.
• Build and demonstrate POCs and prototypes, including AI-driven use cases.
• Provide hands-on guidance in Apex, LWC, Flows, integrations and security.
• Design and govern integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and event-driven architectures.
• Architect and implement solutions leveraging Salesforce AI capabilities.
• Conduct architecture and code reviews per best practices.
• Mentor development teams and drive technical excellence.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities, integrations, custom development, and enterprise architecture, with the ability to actively participate in POCs, complex solution design, and implementation. Experience with Salesforce AI capabilities, Agentforce, Einstein AI, and Data Cloud is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical architecture for Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Health Cloud, Platform, and AI-powered solutions.
• Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.
• Build and demonstrate POCs and prototypes, including AI-driven use cases, to validate solution approaches.
• Provide hands-on guidance in Apex, LWC, Flows, integrations, automation, data modeling, and security architecture.
• Design and govern integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-driven architectures.
• Architect and implement solutions leveraging Agentforce, Einstein AI, Data Cloud, Prompt Builder, Copilot Studio, and Generative AI capabilities.
• Conduct architecture and code reviews, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices.
• Mentor development teams and drive technical excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
