The ideal candidate has at least 10 years IT experience, 5+ years in Salesforce, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering scalable integrations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• At least 5 years hands-on Salesforce experience.
• Expertise in Salesforce architecture, design, and leadership.
• In-depth knowledge of declarative tools: Process Builder, Flow, Workflow Rules, Validation Rules.
• Experience with Salesforce integration patterns: REST API, SOAP API, OAuth, middleware.

• Design and develop robust, scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Provide architectural leadership and best-practice guidance on Salesforce platform capabilities and integration strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance Salesforce solutions.
• Provide architectural leadership and guidance on Salesforce best practices, platform capabilities, and integration strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Lead and mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards and quality.
• Perform hands‑on development, configuration, and customization of the Salesforce platform.
• Conduct solution design reviews and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years of overall IT experience.
• At least 5 years of hands‑on experience with the Salesforce platform.
