Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer – .NET with strong hands‑on backend engineering experience. The ideal candidate will design and build scalable services and applications using .NET, contribute to architecture discussions, and mentor junior engineers. This role also expects engineers to actively leverage AI‑assisted development practices, including GenAI‑driven SDLC, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows, using tools such as Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar AI development environments to improve engineering productivity and code quality. Key Expectations

• 5–7 years of hands‑on experience in backend development using C# and .NET.
• Ability to design and implement end‑to‑end REST APIs, including data access and caching layers.
• Strong ability to write and understand complex SQL queries (joins, indexing, query optimization).
• Hands‑on experience building Kafka‑based applications (producers and consumers).
• Experience designing and implementing ETL pipelines.
• Strong debugging, problem‑solving, and code quality practices.

Essential AI‑Augmented Development Skills

• Experience using AI‑assisted development tools such as Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar.
• Experience with GenAI‑driven development workflows across coding, debugging, and documentation.
• Strong prompt engineering skills for technical problem solving and code generation.
• Experience designing or working with agentic workflows to improve engineering productivity.
• Ability to use AI tools for code generation, refactoring, debugging, and design exploration.

Preferred / Good‑to‑Have Skills

• Experience with React, TypeScript, or modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience working with NoSQL databases.
• Experience working with Apache Spark or Apache Flink.
