Job summary

Aumni seeks a Technical Lead to join the client Engineering team. You will architect and build high-throughput applications, mentor engineers, and stay hands-on with code. You will set technical standards, enforce best practices, and contribute to new feature design and implementation.

You will lead Scrum activities, design complex functionality, perform code reviews, and ensure quality in QA. Collaboration with Product Managers and Support teams is essential, as you deliver scalable solutions

Qualifications

• 8+ years in SaaS or product-based software company.
• Strong object-oriented programming experience (Java).
• 3+ years in technical leadership or team lead role.
• Experience with TypeScript frameworks.
• Hands-on with testing tools (JUnit, Cypress).
• Strong ability to break down complex business problems into multi-component solutions.
• Proven experience in environments with customer-visible use cases.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication (written and verbal, English).
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable working with distributed teams across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities
