Job summary

EPAM Systems India seeks a Senior Software Engineer - Java with Spring Boot to join a global team, driving end-to-end systems development in a dynamic, Agile finance environment while building strong relationships with business partners and delivering scalable, high-quality solutions. Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience in Java, J2EE, Spring, RESTful services, Kafka, and Gradle/Maven.
• Strong analytical and design skills with ability to work in a global team.
• Relational DB (SQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) experience.
• Hands-on with TDD and exposure to Java/Python/Scala ecosystems.
• Excellent communication for technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end development cycle from requirements to deployment in Agile environments.
• Develop high-level and detailed designs, testing strategies, and implementation plans.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure robust software.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across geographies on cross-functional solutions.
